If technical issues arise, Active Voice's Technical Support team is available to provide technical assistance for Active Voice products. Our Technical Support team provides additional support to our certified resellers to ensure that your communications system runs smoothly at all times. Our Technical Support team also provides direct customer support if a Software Support Agreement is purchased. Customers can purchase a Software Support Agreement from their certified reseller.


In addition to Active Voice's Technical Support services, our Professional Services team offers system customization services and implementation, consultation and development services such as IVR or telephony-related development. Professional Services are provided through Authorized Active Voice Dealers.
