Victor T. FoiaPresident and Chief Executive OfficerVictor T. Foia was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Active Voice in October 2001. Victor has held several positions at NEC America in Irving, Texas since joining the company in 1984. Prior to that, he worked for GTE, ITT International, and Rockwell International. He has studied Theoretical Physics at the University of Klausenburg, Transylvania, holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois, and an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas.

Paul BaxterManaging DirectorActive Voice Asia-PacificPaul Baxter joined Active Voice in February 2000 as General Manager of Active Voice's Asia-Pacific office in Melbourne, Australia. He was appointed Managing Director in October 2001. Prior to joining Active Voice, Paul served as Group Manager, Solutions Services for Optus Communications. From 1994 to 1997, Paul worked for Datacraft America as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, he held numerous positions at Ascom Timeplex, including Assistant Vice President of International Sales and Director of Marketing. Julio SiberioVice President, North American SalesJulio Siberio joined the NEC team in 2004. In 2006 Julio was named VP of North American Sales at Active Voice. He has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, leading several global high tech field sales organizations with in Lucent, Mitel and Racal Datacom. Julio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Florida Business School, and received his MBA in Finance from University of Miami Business School.

Daniel VladGeneral Manager, EngineeringDaniel came to Active Voice in 2000 and has over ten years of professional software design and development experience. Daniel leads all aspects of Active Voice’s engineering and services initiatives. Before joining the Active Voice team, he was a member of the engineering department at NEC Unified. Eyal InbarGeneral Manager, MarketingEyal Inbar is the General Manager of Marketing and product management at Active Voice. He is responsible for defining the product strategy, increasing the company’s global presence and long-term marketing strategy. Eyal brings many years of experience in high-impact innovations, enterprise software marketing, and global marketing strategy. Prior to joining Active Voice, Eyal worked for Microsoft. His responsibilities included developing global marketing strategies, managing small business growth opportunities and managing a marketing team in the UC group. Amy is responsible for both the Finance and Operations departments, including Production, Purchasing and Human Resources.
