Active Voice offers a wide variety of benefits for its full-time employees. These include, but are not limited to:
Vacation/Holidays
Active Voice has developed a generous and progressive vacation plan. Vacation days accrue monthly and can be used at any time. In addition, Active Voice employees receive 10 paid holidays per year, including their birthday.
Medical/Dental Insurance
Comprehensive medical coverage for which Active Voice pays the majority of the premiums. Additional family members may be added for a small monthly fee. Coverage begins on the first day of the first full month of employment.
Vision Insurance
Active Voice provides vision insurance for all family members at no charge to employees and dependents. Employees are eligible for coverage on the first day of the first full month of employment with the company.
401(k) Plan
Active Voice offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan through Fidelity Investments and provides annual employer matching on a discretionary basis. When employees satisfy plan eligibility requirements, they are eligible to begin participating at the open enrollment periods which occur quarterly and can defer up to 60% of their monthly compensation into their 401(k) account (up to annual contribution limits set by law).
Flexible Spending Account (Cafeteria Plan)
The cafeteria plan contains three major sections: Insurance Premium Plan, Dependent Care Plan, and Health Care Expense Reimbursement Plan. This cafeteria plan allows employees to fund dependent care and healthcare expenses on a pre-tax basis. Employees may designate paycheck contributions which enable them to realize significant tax advantages.
