Employee of the Month

At Active Voice we recognize that our employees are our greatest assets. To recognize their efforts, Active Voice selects one individual every month for their outstanding contribution, hard work, customer service and their positive attitude toward job duties and co-workers. We congratulate the following employees.

	Channing Smith Channing was selected as November's Employee of the Month because: Channing provides quick and excellent support to our valuable dealers. He delivers top notch support to the Region Sales Managers. Channing always stays focused on his duties and puts in extra effort when required. He is a very dependable and knowledgeable member of Sales Support Team. Channing is hard working and great asset to the company.
	Sorin Marian Sorin was selected as October's Employee of the Month because: Sorin has a can-do attitude. He is very responsive to his co-workers needs, even if it means he is working long hours. He always makes sure he meets deadlines. Sorin is a hard worker, who is willing to take on challenges and new tasks. Sorin is a great asset to the company and a good team player.
	Ellen Buchanan Ellen was selected as September's Employee of the Month because: Every day she gives 100% and tries her best to meet our goals. Ellen's determination and loyalty in driving AV business is recognized by the whole AV team. She has a great industry knowledge and sense of priority. Ellen is a great asset to the company and a great team player.
	Don Walk Don was selected as August's Employee of the Month because: Don has the diplomatic skills needed to promote improvements in QA processes. He knows how to communicate with technical and non-technical people, engineers, managers and partners. Promotes teamwork and collaboration between DEV and QA to increase productivity. Always maintains enthusiasm and promotes positive atmosphere. Has a great sense of priority of the open projects issues and always follows up on requests in timely manner. Don keeps up with the industry trends and technologies and shares information with the rest of the team. Don's commitment and contribution to building a useful and working product is outstanding.
	Kathy Buzon Kathy was selected as July's Employee of the Month because: Kathy's knowledge of Active Voice and its operations makes her a great asset, since she is able to look at each project she tackles with large perspective not just from her own department. She is dedicated employee, as well as strong advocate and has a great understanding for the needs of our customers. Kathy easily adopts to new challenges with a professional and positive attitude. Everyday she gives 100% and tries her best to meet everyone's needs. Kathy is a perfect example of a Model Active Voice employee.
	Duan Tran Duan was selected as June's Employee of the Month because: Duan is diligent, hard worker, who is willing to take on challenges and new tasks. He steps up quickly to help his co-workers and customers. Duan quickly learns new skills required to perform advanced tasks within short time. He has a great attitude and is always positive. Duan is a great asset to the company and a good team player.
	Joseph Fletcher Joe was selected as May's Employee of the Month because: He is always flexible to the ever changing demands of our industry and always delivers good work. He is loyal, diligent and strives to accomplish. He has a great attitude and is always positive.
	Pedro Marquinez Pedro was selected as April's Employee of the Month because: He consistently gives 200% effort to keep new sales coming. He is always looking for way to improve the "process" so we can work smart and show a profit. Does a great job in staying current with our own and our competition's new technology.
